Contact

The Form

Two simple steps to get my e-mail address:

Explanation of an Hot Topic

In times of hordes of spambots searching for e-mail addresses to fuck them up with bogus advertisings it becomes a challenge to hand out contact data via HTML.

There are many methods (contact form, images instead of text, inserting the address via JavaScript, writing stuff like “me AT code20 DOT de” and so on) but the most of them simply suck and exclude (not always small) user groups.

The one method that seems currently the best to me (really!) is the one I’m using at this page. As you can see, it’s of the kind “Fill out form and get data” — and this (easily accessible) form is as simple as possible: one question, one field, one button.

Of course, somehow or other this method also sucks (this site should provide contact data without forcing it’s visitor to do a paper chase!). So, when sending me your mail, feel free to tell me how much you hate this — and I can agree.
